Tapout Fitness Norcross is pleased to announce that we now have our very own Pilates program!
We welcome Tara Kalson of www.kalsonpilates.com to the Tapout Fitness Norcross team! She is an incredible instructor, and if you have never taken a Pilates class before, then you should give it a shot.
Pilates is a series of exercises that works to improve strength, flexibility, and posture through a series of body weight and object resistance movements (like towel based fusion Pilates). Tara comes highly recommended, and has been practicing Pilates since 2004, holds the prestigious Fletcher Pilates certification, and has completed over 800 hours of Fletcher Pilates instruction in her career. Tara fits right in with Tapout Fitness family, and we encourage you to come give her class a try. Currently it is being held on Monday 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm and Tuesday 6:15 to 7:15 pm (consult the group fitness schedule to confirm times and days)
