Tapout Boot Camp
One of the very unique classes that our new Tapout Fitness offers is Boot Camp. This amazing class is designed with functional fitness in mind, combining rapid aerobics movements with anaerobic strength exercises.
Taught by Tony Hood, one of our great coaches, Boot Camp will give you that wonderful feeling of a great work out and will help you feel strong and energized for the rest of the day.
This is a class that combines the steady and precise movements of kickboxing with intense cardio training. Tapout Kick is a high-intensity aerobics class that will tone the muscles in your legs while teaching you the correct techniques for lower-body striking.
Small Group Personal Training
Get the benefits of personal training without the expense! Tapout Fitness offers small group training sessions multiple times a week for groups of up to five. Our certified trainers will take you through a resistance routine to build muscle and strength, a cardio routine to burn fat, or a boxing workout for total body endurance and toning. Not only will you be able to work towards getting the body you’ve always dreamed of, but our personal trainers will be there with you every step of the way!
Diet planning is a class that you really won’t find at any other gym. At Tapout Norcross, we take fitness to the next level by also concentrating on the need for a healthy diet. That’s why a diet planning class is also offered, to help you and those around you who are advocates of taking good care of your bodies.
With the help of our specialized instructors, you can take great care of your body through dedicated exercise and a healthy diet to go along with it. The instructors, as well as those who are taking the class along with you, will be an incredible support group as you become more dedicated to exercising often and eating right.
