Yoga has been one of the most popular group fitness classes for many years, and there is reason for that. Yoga is effective, low impact, and provides visible body change in some of the areas that people, and especially women, frequently have trouble with. Abs and core, thighs, butt, arms, and shoulders are all areas that a Yoga class will help tone. In addition, Yoga creates incredible flexibility, which reduces the risk of injury during all manner of other physical activities.
WHAT IS KOMBAT YOGA?
People frequently ask us what is Tapout Fitness Kombat Yoga? Our Kombat Yoga program is taught by an 8th degree Karate black belt, who has decades of experience in multiple martial arts disciplines. We have designed the Kombat Yoga class to provide maximum flexibility and muscular endurance at the “weak” muscle, most especially the ones that are used during a boxing, kickboxing, or mixed martial arts event.
HOW LONG ARE THE KOMBAT YOGA CLASSES?
Tapout Fitness Norcross currently has a 1 hour version and a 30 minute express version of the Kombat Yoga class. Please consult the coached fitness calendar to find out the scheduling details.

Just yourself! We have brand new Yoga mats, an isolated group fitness room that will block out all outside distractions, and great instructors to take you thru the program.
