Whether you are looking for serious tournament style kickboxing training, intense cardio kickboxing that incorporates real bag striking, or a fun lighthearted 30 minute express kickboxing class set to a hip hop dance routine and only using shadow strikes, we have an option for you.


The Tapout Fitness Norcross kickboxing program is a strike based technical training program that focuses on kicks and punches, as well as foot work and defense. The kickboxing program is not only designed to teach you real tournament level skills, it’s also an amazing strength, toning, and weight loss workout. All of our programs are designed with fitness and fun in mind, so while it is indeed real and high level kickboxing instruction complete with pad and mitt work, heavy bag work, light sparring, and more, it’s also the most complete workout in Atlanta with an emphasis on getting you in the best shape of your life!

Cardio Kickboxing

While the standard kickboxing program is a great workout, the cardio kickboxing workout is set at a faster pace, with more bag and shadow work. In this class format, you won’t be doing pad or mitt work, nor will you be getting in the ring or sparring. This class is all about shedding calories, getting those abs toned, striking the kick bags, and having fun doing it.

Kick Butt Dance Kickboxing

The dance kickboxing class at Tapout Fitness Norcross is a 30 minute kickboxing class set to a hip hop dance routine. This class does not utilize any pad or bag work, but has you dancing to the latest hip hop hits, and shadow kickboxing with front snap kicks, jabs, crosses, uppercuts and other basic kickboxing offense movements for a fun, exciting, and surprisingly difficult half hour workout.

Tapout Fitness Kickboxing Circuit

Tapout Fitness has a unique training option in our kickboxing circuit. The kickboxing circuit is a caged in area with 6 to 8 pre designated stations.

The stations include the following:

  • Punch mannequin
  • Pylo Box
  • Thai kick bag
  • Double end bag
  • Decline ab bench
  • Kettle bell set up
  • Jump ropes
  • Mushroom/wrecking ball bag
