Bodybuilding Boot Camp
One of the most common goals we hear at Tapout is “I want to put on lean muscle mass and lose body fat”. We believe that in order to do that effectively one needs to participate not only in calorie burning activities such as running on a treadmill, or doing a kickboxing class, but also work your muscles very directly with resistance training, IE weight lifting.
I DON’T WANT TO GET BIG LIKE A BODYBUILDER SO WHY SHOULD I COME TO BODYBUILDING BOOT CAMP?
Because in order to reshape your body, you have to reshape your muscles, and to do that you’ll need to use a combination of lifting free weights, resistance based body weight workouts, and strength machines. It doesn’t matter whether you are a women who wants to lose some excess weight, cinch in your waste, and create some tone and lift in certain areas of your body, or you’re a guy who wants bigger arms without getting excessive, bodybuilding boot camp will provide you with the guidance you need to get the results you’re looking for in the weight room.

Yes, part of the class will be training for strength.
WHAT BODY PARTS WILL THIS CLASS FOCUS ON?
This is a full body workout. Special attention will be paid to: abs, butt, arms, calves, shoulders, and chest.
WHAT STYLE OF TRAINING IS THIS?
This class uses classic bodybuilding techniques such as high intensity sets, 21’s, drops sets, supersets, and pyramids to develop hyper-atrophy in muscle tissue resulting in muscle stimulation, strength gain, and body reshaping!
